Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic and Complex Sales: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies.
Globo Ecosystem Evangelism: Sell the full portfolio, including TV (linear and connected) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner, not just a media channel.
Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client in the portfolio, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to proactively propose solutions to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree completed
Experience in consultative advertising sales
Established network with mid-to-large agencies and direct advertisers
Strategic business mindset: ability to discuss ROI, branding and performance with C-level executives
Strong analytical skills to cross-analyze audience data
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
