About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting purchasing activities, ensuring the supply of materials and services according to the company's needs, with a focus on cost, quality and delivery times.
Prepare quotes and conduct basic negotiations with suppliers
Issue and monitor purchase orders
Follow up on deliveries with suppliers
Update supplier and material records
Support cost analysis and proposal comparisons
Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure contract compliance
Support internal purchasing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with requesting departments to align and clarify requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related areas
Basic understanding of purchasing/procurement processes and negotiation
Intermediate Excel (preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, with good communication skills
