About the role

  • Integrate the HR ecosystem: Develop, consume and maintain REST APIs to connect systems (e.g., Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Training).
  • Build internal solutions: Develop dashboards and management tools using low-code platforms (Retool) to increase operational agility.
  • Automate processes: Identify manual bottlenecks in HR and implement RPA solutions and automation scripts to optimize the team’s time.
  • Maintenance and evolution: Maintain web applications (frontend and backend) for internal needs, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Data intelligence: Support extraction and structuring of data from multiple sources to create People Analytics dashboards.
  • Technical autonomy: Actively participate in requirements gathering with the HR team, recommending the best technologies and architectures for each challenge.

Requirements

  • Programming languages: Experience with languages such as PHP, Java and JavaScript for backend and frontend.
  • Integration focus: Hands-on experience with API and webhook integrations.
  • Databases: Knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL (queries, extraction and data modeling).
  • NoSQL: Experience with BigQuery and MongoDB for handling large volumes of data.
  • Version control: GitHub for code versioning.
  • Pluses we love: Low-code culture: Previous experience with Retool or similar tools.
  • Automation mindset: Knowledge of RPA tools or building automation bots.
  • HR Tech experience: Previous work with HR systems (integrations with Senior, Gupy, Qulture or similar).
  • Google Cloud architecture: Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, IAM and cloud architecture best practices.
  • Generative AI: Practical use of tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini to boost productivity.
  • Agile management: Familiarity with JIRA and agile methodologies.
  • Technical resilience: Ability to work with and modernize legacy systems when necessary.
