About the role

  • Structuring and organizing the governance process for a strategic project in partnership with an external company;
  • Preferably acting as the project PMO, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, milestones, deliverables and risk management;
  • Ongoing interface with internal areas (legal, finance, commercial/business, operations, among others), ensuring alignment and smooth information flow;
  • Organizing and consolidating information, documents, decisions and governance rituals for the project;
  • Monitoring activity execution and controlling deliverables agreed with internal and external partners;
  • Preparing and delivering a structured book on the new business model, documenting processes, lessons learned, flows and recommendations;
  • Serving as the technical reference for the project and governance model, acting as the focal point for clarifications and guidance;
  • Supporting the definition of best practices, methodologies and standards for similar future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Advertising or related fields;
  • Preferable experience in project management, PMO, governance or process structuring;
  • Highly organized, analytical profile with strong planning and tracking skills;
  • Comfortable engaging with different areas and levels across the organization;
  • Ability to structure complex information and transform it into clear, executive materials (presentations, books, reports);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments and projects under development;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous demands.
