About the role

  • **Mapping and Diagnosis:** Conduct stakeholder immersion sessions to map processes *as-is*, identifying bottlenecks and operational pain points;
  • **Ideation and Strategy:** Propose *to-be* processes, define improvement roadmaps, and prioritize actions with a results-oriented focus;
  • **Delivery Management:** Monitor implementation of initiatives, manage schedules, and ensure coordination with Technology teams and external consultancies;
  • **Knowledge Management:** Maintain and manage the company's "Pain Bank", proposing initiatives to minimize structural bottlenecks;
  • **Innovation:** Support scouting of solutions at Cubo Itaú, coordinate POCs (Proofs of Concept) and MVPs, and collaborate with the Media & Entertainment Hub;
  • **Culture Dissemination:** Coordinate the Continuous Improvement Practitioners Program, training other employees to become focal points for improvement within their departments.

Requirements

  • **Soft Skills:** Adaptability and composure ("jogo de cintura"), detail-oriented, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal and teaching skills;
  • **Methodologies:** Proficiency in agile and predictive project management methods; experience leading MVPs;
  • **Technical Knowledge:** Desirable knowledge of programming (or system logic) to facilitate collaboration with the IT team on system-related deliveries;
  • **Tools:** Comfortable with process mapping tools (BPMN), documentation platforms, task management tools, and Jira;
  • **Operational Efficiency:** Focus on cost reduction and optimization of team time;
  • **Growth:** Direct support for company expansion and integration of new operations.
