About the role

  • Support analyses of **salary structures**, pay tables, ranges and grids;
  • Collect, organize and analyze data from **salary surveys**;
  • Assist with **salary actions** (hires, promotions, merit increases);
  • Provide support for **job evaluation and job descriptions**;
  • Update compensation reports and metrics (fixed and variable pay);
  • Support studies of **internal equity** and job consistency;
  • Assist in updating compensation databases;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in **Administration, HR, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields**;
  • Basic knowledge of **fixed and variable compensation**;
  • Intermediate Excel (tables, formulas, basic analyses);
  • Interest in data, numbers and comparative analyses;
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality of information.
