About the role

  • Support the cultural adoption of the Compliance Program;
  • Conduct third-party integrity analyses (due diligence), risk mapping, and prepare reports;
  • Manage the Whistleblower Channel, handling investigations, interviews, document review, report preparation and SLA management;
  • Contribute to drafting, reviewing and updating internal policies, standards and procedures;
  • Assist in monitoring conflicts of interest, employee exposure to PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) and related parties;
  • Prepare materials and support delivery of compliance training and communication campaigns;
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports for leadership;
  • Support internal teams in interpreting compliance, anti-corruption and other applicable regulations;
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process automation projects related to the Compliance Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience conducting internal investigations;
  • Experience performing due diligence on suppliers, clients and partners;
  • Experience developing corporate compliance training;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Power BI experience preferred.
