About the role

  • Conduct performance analyses to measure the success of hybrid products (OOH + TV + Digital) and commercial campaigns.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and opportunities to expand into new markets.
  • Identify prioritization opportunities across industries, seasonality, segments and company types.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and SMB media investments to inform market positioning.
  • Turn data into insights for the Commercial and Product teams.
  • Collect, preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data from the Aqui Ads platform and external sources.
  • Develop and maintain visualization dashboards (using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Metabase) to monitor growth KPIs and executive dashboards, applying Data Storytelling techniques for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related fields applied to business.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to translate complex analyses into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and BI platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
  • Knowledge of query and programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and GA4.
