About the role
- Plan, execute and optimize relationship, nurturing, engagement, retention and upsell sequences across the customer lifecycle;
- Develop inbound marketing and launch campaigns aligned with content, growth and acquisition strategies;
- Create and evolve multichannel automated journeys (email, WhatsApp, push, SMS), ensuring the right message at the right time;
- Monitor CRM KPIs (deliverability, open rate, click-through, conversion, retention), generating insights for continuous improvement;
- Administer HubSpot as the central CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, governance and quality;
- Configure properties, fields, lifecycle stages and funnel stages that reflect the integrated sales journey (Digital, OOH and other channels);
- Design and implement sales and marketing automations such as lead routing, stalled-deal alerts, SLAs and automated follow-ups;
- Reduce the commercial team’s operational load through automations and clear processes, increasing sales productivity;
- Ensure full visibility of the sales funnel, supporting performance analysis, revenue predictability and decision-making;
- Act as the technical HubSpot focal point, supporting integrations with other stack tools (via API or automation platforms);
- Create reports and dashboards for different areas (Marketing, Growth, Sales, BI, Operations and Finance);
- Establish governance rules to prevent duplicate records and ensure consistent, actionable data;
- Support satisfaction research initiatives (CSAT/NPS) and continuous process improvement;
- Work in partnership with Product, BI, Marketing, Sales and Operations to identify personalization and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing & sales automation;
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (properties, lists, workflows, reports and automations);
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making;
- Organized approach to manage communication calendars, workflows and simultaneous priorities;
- Business acumen to connect CRM operations to growth, retention and revenue objectives;
- Ability to operate end-to-end: from strategy to execution.
- Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience with acquisition, nurturing and retention strategies based on the customer journey;
- Experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or Revenue Operations teams;
- Previous experience in B2B environments;
- Familiarity with integrations, automation logic and API usage;
- Experience with conversational channels such as WhatsApp, chatbots or automated customer service.
