About the role

  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and lead onboarding programs for new sales hires and ongoing training programs for the entire team, ensuring they master the tools, products, and sales techniques.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage training materials, sales playbooks, tutorials, case studies, and other resources that capture and disseminate company knowledge and best practices.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce product positioning and the correct application of sales techniques, helping to develop the team’s competencies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the sales organization is aligned and prepared for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Sales Methodology: Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and best practices that optimize performance workflows and ensure a consistent approach to the market.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales enablement, corporate training, sales, or a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Communication and Instructional Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact training that results in measurable improvements in sales performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales process, SaaS business models, and market trends to create relevant, practical content.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training and development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to influence and motivate the sales team, acting as a strategic partner to commercial leaders.
