About the role

  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage sponsors running IO trials in solid tumors.
  • Position Elephas Live Platform as a critical tool for patient stratification, predictive biomarker development, and trial optimization.
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect list using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of all communications and activities.
  • Drive outbound campaigns, leveraging marketing resources to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building to advance opportunities through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted messaging, thought leadership, and presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Monitor perceived competitive landscape, trial design trends and biomarker adoption to inform approach and outreach.
  • Own assigned accounts and develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement through knowledge sharing, check-ins, and tailored communications.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling business cases for pharma and biotech stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, scientific communications, partnerships, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through pipeline management, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify upsell opportunities post-close to maximize account value.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and partnership performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling a clinical diagnostic in the pharma clinical trial setting.
  • Proficiency with using HubSpot and developing and driving pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and navigate diverse business environments.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel US/internationally as required.
