About the role

  • Help shape and enhance our core insurance product
  • Collaborate directly with project management and cross-functional teams including operations and IT
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses
  • Leverage business analytics and cost-benefit analyses to drive decisions
  • Actively manage backlogs and roadmaps
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
  • Help define and launch new features
  • Track their impact using relevant performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts or tools
  • Experience or comfort using modern productivity and AI tools with sound critical judgment
  • Ability to thoughtfully interpret, question, and apply insights from Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and business cases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams
  • Analytical mindset and openness to learning in a fast-paced, strategic environment
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and achieving results
