Sales

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of sales goals, team leadership, building partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Report directly to the CEO and oversee two Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer.
• Define and implement comprehensive sales strategies to support Eleos' business objectives and growth targets.
• Design and deploy sales playbooks, methodologies, and processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Develop, implement, and manage sales pipelines and accurate revenue forecasts using data-driven insights.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee and actively manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Research and identify emerging market trends, unmet customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Represent Eleos at industry events, conferences, and important stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing; provide market feedback to influence product roadmap.
