About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate the global education vision into learning experiences supporting people, partners and customers across UK, Ireland and international markets
  • Ensure Education remains commercially relevant, globally consistent and aligned with evolving business needs
  • Champion the strategy across Treatment Excellence, Product Expertise and Commercial Excellence
  • Lead, coach and inspire the integrated Education team of field-based Spa & Retail Trainers and Content Designers
  • Direct Content Designers and align priorities with Education strategy, commercial priorities and market needs
  • Connect learning content, trainer delivery and colleague and partner performance needs
  • Gather field feedback and insight to shape future content
  • Set objectives and provide development opportunities, coaching and support for Education team members
  • Oversee deployment of the field Education team, including trainer schedules, regional coverage, business priorities and major events
  • Build capability across the wider Education team, including external commercial sales training and the ELEMIS Spa education programme
  • Partner with Commercial, Retail and Spa leaders to link learning to business priorities
  • Deliver education to strengthen consultation skills, improve conversion and increase retail performance
  • Build partnerships across Retail, Spa, Marketing, Product Development and International distributors
  • Support product launches, commercial initiatives, events and strategic growth
  • Lead development of engaging, innovative and accessible learning experiences across face-to-face, digital and blended channels
  • Oversee evolution of the eHub learning platform and encourage innovation and new technologies
  • Create feedback loops between Content Designers, field trainers, learners and commercial stakeholders
  • Lead Education strategy and delivery for conferences, roadshows, product launches, partner events and other key commercial moments
  • Plan, brief and deploy trainers for Education events
  • Agree event objectives, requirements and success measures with stakeholders
  • Represent ELEMIS Education at strategic events where appropriate
  • Review event outcomes and use feedback, engagement and commercial results to improve future activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive leadership experience within Education, Learning & Development within the retail sector
  • Expert in developing high-performing field teams, nurturing and succession planning talent
  • Deep applied expertise in content, creative, content and learning-design capability
  • Commercial awareness and ability to impact business performance through execution of the learning strategy
  • Ability to measure the impact of learning delivery and use feedback to inform an optimisation roadmap
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class learning methodology, tools and assets
  • Test-and-learn mindset and willingness to engage in experimentation
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required
  • Ability to work in the London offices or field for a minimum of three days per week
