• Own the growth marketing and demand generation strategy across digital channels, media, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
• Overhaul and scale existing demand programs, introducing modern frameworks, experimentation, and performance-driven marketing practices
• Manage and optimize a ~$1.5M annual paid media budget, working closely with external media agency partners to maximize performance across channels
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, digital channels, and marketing automation platforms
• Partner with product marketing and brand marketing to translate positioning and messaging into high-performing demand campaigns

Customer Success Manager

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as the primary point of contact, at both the school and state system level.
• Partner with the client's core team to identify and prioritize their key needs and objectives.
• Provide strategic consulting for full-cycle student engagement, including personalized communication, targeted outreach campaigns, lead generation, and application management.
• Oversee the implementation and management of the client’s contract across all participating schools to ensure positive customer satisfaction and adoption of Element451.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of client projects in collaboration with the project team (Customer Success Managers and Engagement Strategists).
• Monitor project activities, resourcing, and timelines to achieve successful conclusions.

Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts

Solutions Engineer

• Oversee the seamless integration of Element451 with university partner systems such as Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems.
• Work with the Customer Success and Analysts to design and implement templates for integrating partners’ Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other platforms.
• Act as the platform product owner for integration products, managing the roadmap and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Partner with engineering teams to plan, code, review/QA, and troubleshoot API integrations.
• Build data pipelines using ETL tools and ensure efficient data transfer to the Snowflake data warehouse.
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms like CommonApp, WebAdmit, and Zapier.
• Design and implement data mappings, schemas, and quality assurance tests to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize workflows using tools like Dagster for pipeline orchestration.

• Own net revenue retention (NRR) targets across the AM book of business, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
• Build and manage the renewal pipeline with accurate forecasting, risk flagging, and proactive engagement - no surprises at contract end
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities by connecting customer needs to product capabilities, new modules, and higher-tier plans
