Account Manager

• Own net revenue retention (NRR) targets across the AM book of business, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
• Build and manage the renewal pipeline with accurate forecasting, risk flagging, and proactive engagement - no surprises at contract end
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities by connecting customer needs to product capabilities, new modules, and higher-tier plans
• Partner cross-functionally to scope expansion deals and ensure smooth handoffs
• Develop pricing and packaging recommendations for renewals and expansions in partnership with the CRO
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Account Manager with clear expectations, regular 1:1s, and structured feedback
• Set individual and team targets for retention, expansion, customer health, and activity metrics
• Build a performance culture: run pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and quarterly business reviews with the team
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans - especially around strategic account planning, multi-threading, and executive engagement

• Design and implement the AM playbook: account planning cadence, health scoring, QBR frameworks, renewal timelines, and escalation paths
• Create segmentation and tiering for the book of business - ensure high-value accounts get strategic attention and long-tail accounts are managed efficiently
• Build repeatable expansion plays tied to customer lifecycle milestones (go-live, first year, contract anniversary)
• Establish clear handoff protocols between AM, Customer Success/Platform Enablement, and Support so customers experience continuity, not silos
• Implement and maintain accurate data in CRM - clean pipeline, account health tracking, and reliable reporting for the CRO and board
• Serve as the escalation point for at-risk accounts and own the save/recovery process
• Bring structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering — not just anecdotes, but patterns that influence roadmap prioritization
• Partner with Marketing on customer advocacy: case studies, references, and community engagement
• Represent the AM perspective in cross-functional planning (product launches, pricing changes, go-to-market motions)

• Run 5-8 concurrent searches from intake to close (flexing up/down with hiring volume)
• Lead recruiting intake sessions to clarify role outcomes, must-haves, timelines, and interview plans

• Drive a strong candidate experience: clear expectations, timely updates, and thoughtful closing

• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate sourcing (market mapping, profile research, personalization) and generate high-quality first drafts of outreach - then apply judgment to keep it human and on-brand
• Build and maintain nurture campaigns for repeat roles and “silver medalist” candidates (lightweight sequences, periodic touchpoints, and talent community messaging)
• Create a repeatable system for outreach testing (messaging variations, response tracking, iteration) to improve reply rates over time

• Coordinate interview loops and keep feedback moving: scheduling, interviewer follow-ups, debriefs
• Improve consistency through light process upgrades (templates, scorecards, interview training support)

• Lead product marketing at Element451, establishing a cohesive strategy and operating model that aligns Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
• Own positioning & messaging across key products and capabilities - consistent, differentiated, and built for iteration and testing.
• Design and implement AI-supported product marketing workflows to accelerate research, positioning development, messaging iteration, asset creation, and GTM execution.
• Use AI tooling to synthesize customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and product usage data into actionable narratives, launch strategies, and enablement.
• Drive product launches and feature releases—plan, execute, and optimize launches at scale with clear timelines, readiness checklists, and measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable frameworks for producing product marketing assets, including web content, solution briefs, sales enablement, demo narratives, competitive battlecards, and training - without sacrificing quality or rigor.
• Partner with Demand Gen to align messaging with campaigns, channels, and lifecycle stages - improving relevance and performance across the funnel.
• Enable Sales and CS with clear value props, differentiation, competitive positioning, and talk tracks - supported by AI explainers, proof points, and adoption/usage insights.
• Establish and track KPIs across launches and initiatives (adoption, pipeline influence, win-rate impact, competitive performance), using AI-assisted analysis to continuously improve GTM effectiveness.
