About the role

- Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements

- Ensure business objectives are effectively translated into actionable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, process mapping, and requirements elicitation, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading development of As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows, and documentation.
- Experience facilitating interviews and requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common process modeling and documentation techniques (e.g., swim lanes, journey maps, BPMN, IDEF, UML).
- Demonstrated skills in delivering excellent presentations, visualization, and report writing.
- Demonstrated experience with communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Capability Maturity Model, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen, etc.).
- Experience utilizing agile methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Experience supporting economic, financial, data-intensive, or analytical business domains.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizenship required.
- Must reside in the Continental US; and be within driving distance to Washington, DC.
- Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance.
