About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn and perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily production needs
  • Run equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and procedures
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe through daily housekeeping and 5S practices
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to help maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your teammates
  • Monitor equipment and production processes, reporting any issues, defects, or safety concerns to your supervisor
  • Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Willing and able to work any shift, including days, afternoons, and overnight schedules
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Able to operate a forklift or willing to become forklift certified
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
