About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including EHS, production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics
  • Drive operational excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring throughput, efficiency, and consistency
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement
  • Develop and execute site-level strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans
  • Optimize production processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet customer demand
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure high standards of product quality and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements
  • Lead capital investment planning, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership
  • Drive accountability and performance through data-driven decision-making and robust reporting systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Proven success in managing high-volume production operations
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational best practices
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
