About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to engage with customers and propose tailored chemical solutions
  • Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to develop and position new products or applications
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and value propositions
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization
  • Provide technical input during customer discussions, product trials, and solution implementation
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and market developments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Experience in the chemical industry and PCB manufacturing is essential
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, market dynamics, and customer value creation
  • Ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and customer needs to identify actionable opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in a matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis platforms, and business intelligence systems is a plus
