About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to engage with customers and propose tailored chemical solutions
- Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to develop and position new products or applications
- Contribute to pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and value propositions
- Lead or support cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization
- Provide technical input during customer discussions, product trials, and solution implementation
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and market developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- Experience in the chemical industry and PCB manufacturing is essential
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, market dynamics, and customer value creation
- Ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and customer needs to identify actionable opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in a matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis platforms, and business intelligence systems is a plus
