About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products
- Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
- Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
- Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus
