About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and production processes
Design and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and product quality
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement projects
Identify root causes of process inefficiencies or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Participate in or lead process improvement and capital equipment projects from concept through implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as regulatory requirements
Work closely with the quality team to resolve process-related quality issues
Support the selection, specification, and installation of new equipment or technology upgrades
Provide training and technical guidance to operators on new processes or revised equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred
Prior relevant experience is a plus
