proven track record in identifying and executing growth opportunities, ideally in chemicals, materials, or industrial sectors
strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
skilled in pricing strategy, value proposition development, and deal structuring
ability to grasp product functionality and translate technical features into customer benefits
strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals
experience managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones
