- Lead growth initiatives that deliver profitable revenue expansion and long-term strategic positioning.
- Commercial Leadership Own the commercial strategy for assigned accounts and territories.
- Challenge pricing pressures through value-based selling rather than discounting.
- Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
- Influence Across the Organization Act as the voice of the customer while simultaneously challenging internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Partner with product management, R&D, operations, and technical service teams to accelerate customer adoption and market success.
- Drive accountability and urgency across cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Market Leadership Become a recognized expert in industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, customer workshops, and executive briefings.
- Identify market disruptions and position the organization ahead of competitors.
