About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide application development and laboratory analysis support to Asia CS business units.
Collaborate with Global R&D on joint projects for new product/process development, with a focus on scale-up testing and application advancement.
Deliver high-quality samples to meet customer requirements for product/process certification, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Bridge R&D expertise by translating application knowledge to internal and external customers.
Deliver advanced technical support to strategic/key customers.
Perform root-cause failure analysis to address technical issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and conduct technical training programs for internal teams and external customers.
Work on joint projects with Global R&D for new product /process development as assignment.
Finish the assigned projects by team leader and 100% follow GDAC procedure, such as 5S, HSE and related documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good language skills including written and spoken English
