About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure all maintenance activities safe and compliance with regulations
Develop detailed maintenance scheme and procedures to let plant run normally and improve equipment efficiency
Equipment and construction project management
Manage maintenance department, ensuring good communication
Manage 3rd party supplier and contractors compliance
Manage fixed assets and MRO
Manage measurement equipment calibration
Collect and review facility and utility operation data and improve them
Improve facilities and optimize process and equipment
Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of industrial utilities, maintenance strategies, and facility systems
Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional collaboration
Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues under pressure
Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering capital and improvement projects on time and within budget
Deep commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring regulatory compliance
Effective communicator able to work across all organizational levels and with external partners
