About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure all maintenance activities safe and compliance with regulations
  • Develop detailed maintenance scheme and procedures to let plant run normally and improve equipment efficiency
  • Equipment and construction project management
  • Manage maintenance department, ensuring good communication
  • Manage 3rd party supplier and contractors compliance
  • Manage fixed assets and MRO

  • Collect and review facility and utility operation data and improve them

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of industrial utilities, maintenance strategies, and facility systems
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues under pressure
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering capital and improvement projects on time and within budget
  • Deep commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Effective communicator able to work across all organizational levels and with external partners
