About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct wet chemistry and electroplating experiments to support the development and optimization of semiconductor plating technologies
Design and execute experiments (DoE) to evaluate new and existing formulations, analyze results, and provide technical recommendations
Generate technical data, reports, and application insights to support product development, customer engagement, and marketing activities
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support product qualification, commercialization, and scale-up activities
Lead or contribute to technical projects with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in safety initiatives, process improvement efforts, and problem-solving activities within cross-functional teams
Maintain laboratory equipment and stay current with emerging technologies, methods, and industry trends
Communicate technical information effectively to customers, engineers, sales teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering and or related field
3-5 years of related experience working in chemistry laboratories, preferably plating industries
Wet chemistry and process execution
Electrochemical deposition expertise
Communication Skills
