About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to engage with customers
Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to develop new products or applications
Contribute to pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and value propositions
Lead or support cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization
Provide technical input during customer discussions and solution implementation
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market developments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
Experience in the chemical industry and PCB manufacturing is essential
Strong understanding of commercial principles, market dynamics, and customer value creation
Ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and customer needs to identify actionable opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in a matrixed environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis platforms, and business intelligence systems is a plus
