Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, and execution of high-priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale-up
Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams
Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems
Contribute directly to initiatives that impact revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong project management expertise
Ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
Advanced skills in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and decision-making
Solid understanding of engineering processes, manufacturing, and technical roadmaps
Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and reporting systems
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
Experience in factory startups, scale-up projects, or complex engineering environments (preferred)
