About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead design and scale-up of chemical processes across lab, pilot, and manufacturing
Develop P&IDs and support pilot studies, process validation, and troubleshooting
Optimize processes to improve yield, quality, efficiency, and cost
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable successful technology transfer and commercialization
Use modeling and data analysis tools to evaluate and enhance process performance
Support capital projects, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain technical documentation
Provide mentorship and contribute to global engineering initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 11 years of experience in chemical process development, scale-up, or manufacturing
7 years experience with a Masters.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain.
Demonstrated expertise in reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting.
Strong experience with P&ID development and interpretation is required.
