About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for end-to-end scoping, planning, management, and execution of critical capital factory projects
Accountable to overall schedule, scope, and spend
Generate project progress reports
Assemble project teams and define plans
Assess project risks and define countermeasures to mitigate impact
Manage capital and operating expenses to budget
Drive all aspects of regulatory compliance
Partner on a global level within the Global Engineering team
Lead cross-functional team meetings
Mentor junior project managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree in an Engineering discipline or other related applied technical field
PMP certification is a plus
8+ years' experience capital project management in a chemical products industry
management of factory construction and startup experience
capable of standard project management software, tools, and methods
experience with hazardous materials factory buildouts or expansions is desired
extensive knowledge of project management strategies
knowledgeable of various regulatory requirements
