About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, full lifecycle recruiting service model and meet/exceed established KPIs
Collaborating with leadership, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess the right talent for our organization
Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations
Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time
Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process by providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from engagement stage to offer
Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate key stakeholders on market dynamics
Partner with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers that are within budget, and in line with internal guidance and equity
Manage vendor (staffing agency) relationship and expectations to support key business expansion
Help to troubleshoot and triage recruitment processes workflow issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5+ years of experience within corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting experience
Recruiting experience with a focus on broad range of corporate functions with candidate generation in a highly complex and competitive market
Knowledgeable in technical recruiting highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles
Experience working on tight deadlines and with great pace
Candidates must be committed to working onsite in Fremont, CA.
