About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day engineering support for Printed Circuit Board fabricators
Prepare action plans for effective identification of root cause of customer process issues
Provide timely commercial feedback to team members and management
Create and conduct customer technical presentations and reports
Identify commercial opportunities through awareness of customers' quality and engineering difficulties
Perform regular health checks and process audits for various production processes at customer sites
Assist with regular lab testing functions/analysis and provide training when necessary
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and/or process problems and provide hands-on support
Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies
Coordinate daily activities with territory Account Manager and Business Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or relevant industry
Strong understanding of chemistry and chemical interaction within the PCB manufacturing process
Strong track record of navigating technically through complex organizations
Six Sigma knowledge would be good but not required, company training available
