About the role
- Support customer and internal regulatory inquiries via shared team mailboxes
- Respond to standard regulatory questions (e.g. REACH, SVHC, PFAS, biocides, ozone-depleting substances, conflict minerals)
- Perform basic compliance checks by comparing product compositions with EU and customer substance lists
- Use internal tracking tools to log, manage, and assign tasks within the team
- Identify non-regulatory requests and forward them to the correct department or contact
- Support data quality and documentation consistency
- Escalate complex or non-standard queries to senior regulatory team members
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Interest in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or chemical legislation
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP and other similar functions)
