About the role

  • Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate requirements into JD Edwards functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Recommend best practices and standardization within JDE manufacturing modules.
  • Configure, support, and enhance JDE World manufacturing modules.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
  • Participate in JDE implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards World or EnterpriseOne Manufacturing
  • Strong functional knowledge of discrete and process manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on experience with JDE manufacturing modules (BOM, Routing, Work Orders, MRP)
  • Experience gathering requirements and writing functional design documents
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
