About the role

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules : Support Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning) to meet business needs.
  • Develop system enhancements : Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • Analyze and translate requirements : Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Manage system updates and releases : Test and deploy quarterly SuccessFactors updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical support : Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance : Maintain accurate employee data and adhere to data privacy and security standards.
  • Document processes and solutions : Create clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  • Collaborate globally : Partner with IT, HR, and external vendors to deliver projects and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central required; others preferred)
  • Knowledge of XML, APIs, integrations, and data migration techniques
  • Familiarity with core HR processes and how they translate into system functionality.
  • Experience managing permissions, workflows, and role-based access.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues.
  • Proficiency in maintaining data integrity and working with reporting tools.
  • Understanding of GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; SAP SuccessFactors certification essential.
  • Prior experience in HR technology roles within a global organization is highly desirable.
