- Implement the global R&D and innovation strategy

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years' experience in R&D within the HVAC sector
- Minimum of degree-level education
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in innovation management and product development
- Strong project management skills and agile product management techniques
