About the role

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning
  • Consolidate financial inputs from various departments and validate assumptions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis
  • Analyze financial results, KPIs, and trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support senior leadership with data‑driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain, and other teams to understand financial drivers
  • Communicate findings clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and templates
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to FP&A activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with financial planning tools or ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong business acumen
