About the role
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning
- Consolidate financial inputs from various departments and validate assumptions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis
- Analyze financial results, KPIs, and trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Support senior leadership with data‑driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain, and other teams to understand financial drivers
- Communicate findings clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
- Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and templates
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems
- Support internal and external audit requests related to FP&A activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with financial planning tools or ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen
