About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Quotation and order management (Conveyor / Spare Parts)
Preparation and follow-up of quotations and order confirmations
Coordination of shipping and customs in cooperation with internal and external partners
Handling warranty and claims, including structured documentation and consistent follow-up
Supplier coordination and active follow-up to ensure rapid resolution and processing
Internal customer support for conveyor systems (technical/commercial within the scope of the role)
Development and refinement of proactive spare-parts packages, including inventory/stock alignment and active follow-up with customers
Ensuring the sales focus of the role is visibly executed (proactivity, follow-up, package logic)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven technical expertise in conveyor systems (or a steep learning curve plus clear motivation to quickly build this expertise)
Strong inside-sales experience with quotations/order processing and structured follow-up
Confident handling of warranty/claims processes and supplier communication/management
Demonstrated reliability and ownership: proactively drive matters through to completion (especially follow-ups)
Clear sales mindset in a service/aftermarket context (proactive packages, customer engagement, closing orientation)
