Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year BS Degree in Engineering or other technical degree is preferred or equivalent years of experience.
3+ years experience with automated material handling solutions.
Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD (2D), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with AutoStore is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of material handling technologies and how they are applied.
Knowledge of data analysis in the logistics industry and ability to clearly present findings to clients.
Ability to lead detailed solution design process both internally and externally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with confidence.
Intelligent, persistent, and coachable.
Self-motivated and highly driven.
Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients.
Excellent time-management skills to meet promised schedules.
Strong work ethic and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as necessary.
Capable of working on multi-faceted engineering design projects of any magnitude.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and budgeting skills.
