About the role
- Support planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and documentation activities.
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in internal and external meetings, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Support risk, issue, and change tracking.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
- Support site activities and travel as required under supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to interpret project schedules, documentation, and technical information.
- Familiarity with document control practices.
- Ability to travel on average 30% of the time to client sites and offices.
- Additional travel may be required during the initial training period.
