Sales Manager
Element Logic®Sales Manager driving sales in intralogistics for Element Logic. Building customer relationships and delivering value through tailored solutions in a hybrid role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop profitable customer relationships by increasing the value delivered throughout the sales process.
- Targeted identification, acquisition and development of new customers.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to customers, including offer development and contract negotiations.
- Independently manage day-to-day operations and closely coordinate with adjacent departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong sales and service orientation.
- Good technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems and automation.
- Solution- and customer-oriented personality with strong consultative skills.
- Several years of experience in the intralogistics industry, ideally with the AutoStore system.
- Confident communication in German and English.
