About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the complete end-to-end process of vehicle lease terminations
- Proactively monitor upcoming lease maturities
- Generate and validate Fair Market Value (FMV) quotations
- Coordinate vehicle remarketing and logistics
- Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation
- Calculate complementary rent and early termination penalties
- Provide high-level customer service
- Manage ownership changes and plate deregistration
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and business requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in operations, fleet management, financial services, or customer service environments
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Proven experience in billing management, payment validation, and document control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving and business judgment capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to internal systems
