Senior Commercial Effectiveness Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving commercial performance through the effective management of CRM system, analytics, reporting, forecasting, and sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Ensuring the sales organization has accurate data, actionable insights, and optimized processes to improve customer retention, pipeline conversion, productivity, and profitable business growth.
- Acting as a strategic business partner to Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams by transforming data into commercial opportunities.
- Supporting decision-making processes and leading initiatives that enhance sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management across the organization.
- Managing and optimizing CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, pipeline visibility, customer tracking, and effective reporting capabilities for the commercial organization.
- Developing, monitoring and analyzing commercial KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, sales productivity metrics, and performance reports to provide actionable insights for Sales Leadership and senior management.
- Leading commercial excellence initiatives focused on improving prospecting efficiency, conversion rates, sales effectiveness, customer retention, churn management, and revenue growth.
- Conducting quarterly commercial reviews, territory performance analysis, and sales pipeline evaluations with Regional Managers and Commercial Leadership to support coaching and decision-making processes.
- Designing and implementing customized dashboards and analytics tools for Sales Representatives and Regional Managers to track profitability, conversion, revenue achievement, service performance, and commercial trends.
- Preparing executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and analytical recommendations for senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industrial Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance or related
- +5 years experience
- Relevant experience in business/sales analytics
- Strong CRM management (preferred Salesforce)
- Business English proficiency
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Analytical, statistical, data quality controlling, process and problem-solving skills
- Planning & organizational skills, project management
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications
- Strong writing skills for management reports
- Ability to design and develop “C-level” presentations
- Strong team player with pro-active attitude
