Director, Regional Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise & authorize 2 times per week, Pipeline opportunities with sales reps
- Supporting Sales Reps during win to win process from prospecting to closing deals
- Constant coaching and continuous improvement of direct reports (CA & Sales Reps) through 1:1 meetings
- Focus on professional development of the team
- Accompanying sales Reps visiting potential clients or prospects helping them with negotiation
- Territory reviews, push the performance of each sales rep
- Generate and improve business strategies focused on origination, services, revenue, new customers, share of wallet (SOW)
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA
- +10 years of experience in the commercial and/or financial services industry
- Fluent in English
- Leadership & motivation skills
- Strong commitment to the client
- Financial skills
- Commercial skills
- Ability to have financial & commercial conversations & negotiations with C Levels
- Sales Force
- Knowledge in financial models
