DevOps Engineer

• Leading the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Collaborating with security experts to translate organizational security requirements into secure and compliant cloud implementations.
• Developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code to manage and provision infrastructure across numerous Azure and AWS accounts, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Maintaining and optimizing CI/CD automation pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software deployments.
• Crafting automation scripts in Python, Bash, JavaScript, and other relevant languages to streamline operational workflows.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of infrastructure supporting Generative AI applications on domain-specific datasets.

Systems Engineer

• Design and build the multi-agent systems that power NASA's Text-to-Spaceship initiative
• Translate physical constraints into prompt contexts, structured outputs, and agent guardrails
• Design and implement programmatic workflows for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
• Vet AI-generated structural designs, identifying edge cases and impractical geometries
• Design and implement agentic frameworks for complex engineering workflows
• Build pipelines that convert natural language mission requirements into structured specifications
• Connect AI agents to external engineering tools via custom API integrations
• Deploy and scale AI workloads across cloud providers using containerized architectures
• Build evaluation frameworks for agentic applications

• Lead an immediate, formal architectural evaluation of our current AI tooling landscape.
• Evaluate candidate AI platforms and tools against Element 84’s strict CMMC/NIST 800-171 compliance requirements.
• Present a definitive, adoption strategy compliant with Zero-Trust frameworks.
• Lead the technical procurement, configuration, and rollout of approved AI platform environments.
• Manage the AI tool portfolio: onboard approved tools, sunset redundant or non-compliant tools.
• Architect and implement Zero Trust conditional access policies.
• Execute the deployment of approved AI architectures, building out any necessary AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical author for the organization’s System Security Plan (SSP).
