About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop and own the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B.
  • You manage all performance channels: SEO, SEA (paid search), affiliate, email, social media marketing, etc.
  • You drive the development of our brand: positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • You optimize the user journey and conversions across the entire funnel.
  • You analyze KPIs and translate insights into clear, actionable measures.
  • You always align marketing with measurable business impact (CAC, CLV, ROI).
  • You identify new business opportunities and help develop offer and pricing structures.
  • You work closely with Product, Sales, and Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in performance and growth marketing.
  • Experience rapidly scaling digital business models.
  • Confident handling budget responsibility and KPI-driven management.
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
  • Experience building affiliate programs and managing partner relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience and conversion optimization.
  • You think in business cases and growth scenarios.
