About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the core process from data collection to payout
Ensure clean data, clear SOPs, and reduce manual interventions
Work closely with Tech, Finance, and Customer Operations
Build audit readiness by establishing controls, documentation, and audit trails
Keep systems synchronized — HubSpot and the internal admin panel in alignment
Turn data into leverage by building dashboards for decision-making
Monetize data by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities and supporting campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in Operations, ideally with regulated processes
Deep understanding of data models and system logic, with the ability to design them
Proficient with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
Structured, process-oriented working style with high quality standards
