About the role
- You actively shape our B2B sales strategy
- You acquire new customers and build your own portfolio
- You lead pitches, demos and negotiations through to closing
- You represent Ecoturn at events and strategically expand your network
- We provide leads and contact details — your focus is on conversion
- You manage your funnel in the CRM and continuously optimize our sales processes
- You work directly with management and the product team. Short lines. Fast decisions.
Requirements
- You are persuasive in conversations and have a hunter mentality
- You work in a structured, KPI-driven way
- E‑Mobility, energy, or THG quota are not foreign to you
- Or you are willing to dive deep and learn
- You have demonstrable success in sales
- CRM experience is a plus. HubSpot is not required.
