About the role
- Responsible for servicing all Elekta products within the area of responsibility.
- Perform planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installations, courtesy calls and telephone support.
- Homebased role serving Avellino-Benevento area with requirement to travel throughout the Business Unit and Cluster.
- Use and populate the company's service systems and databases and follow company policies on compliance, environment, data management and quality systems.
- Independently perform all planned maintenance and the majority of corrective maintenance tasks; perform complex fault finding and repairs.
- Use IntelliMax and QlikSense to proactively monitor and repair systems.
- Run local knowledge transfer/service meetings and provide on-the-job coaching as appropriate.
Requirements
- Higher Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Competent with relevant IT technology including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, networking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable drive and commitment to Elekta and the tasks in hand.
- Basic technical and practical competence in Electrical, Electronic and mechanical maintenance.
- Capable to read and understand Electrical schematic diagrams.
- Competent in the use of IntelliMax and QlikSense.
- Capable of using and populating the company's service systems and databases.
- Ability to travel extensively and at short notice in Region Europe.
- Clean Driving Licence
