About the role
- Designing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue across the maintenance service portfolio.
- Conducting market research and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions on new maintenance service concepts.
- Leading go-to-market planning, execution, and strategy for new service introductions.
- Defining a compelling vision for the global maintenance service portfolio.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for service portfolios, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Creating and distributing sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support the sales team in communicating service value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of managing service (maintenance) portfolios.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
